U.S. stock index futures dipped as a week packed with data and central bank meetings gets under way, with the S&P 500 just 0.2 percent below its record close set a week ago. A judge ruled that the Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke should testify in the lawsuit by American International Group Inc's (AIG) former chief Maurice "Hank" Greenberg against the United States over the insurer's 2008 bailout. BMW's sales chief said that the company is targeting a "meaningful" chunk of the electric-car market and expects demand to be driven up as urban populations rise, as he unveiled the company's battery-powered i3 model.
