AL BREGA, LIBYA - FEBRUARY 27: Petroleum workers walk through a Libyan oil facility in a rebel-held area on February 27, 2011 in Al Brega, Libya. The opposition leadership has stressed that oil faciities in their territory are safe, despite the conflict roiling the country. Libya has the largest oil reserves in Africa and petroleum exports account for 95 percent of the country's export earnings. The opposition has consolidated its power in eastern Libya with President Gaddafi still in control of much of the west, including the capitol Tripoli. (Photo by John Moore/Getty Images) less
