An alleged senior al Qaeda figure, Nazih al-Ragye, better known as Abu Anas al-Liby, captured in Libya by U.S. special forces earlier this month has been brought to the United States to face arraignment on federal terrorism charges, U.S. officials said on Monday. The Libyan is a suspect in the 1998 bombings of the U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania that killed 224 civilians. REUTERS/Eduardo Munoz (UNITED STATES - Tags: CRIME LAW) less
