An internal review by the Los Angeles Police Department concluded that rogue ex-officer Christopher Dorner was justifiably fired, a lawyer said on June 5. Dorner, who authorities say boasted that police agencies had no chance of capturing him except on his terms, was killed Feb. 12, 2013 in a fierce gun battle  at a mountain cabin 80 miles east of Los Angeles.
