In this March 10, 2012 photo, windmills stand on the outskirts of Stanley, Falkland Islands. Six windmills installed outside Stanley now provide a third of the island's electricity. They hope royalties from offshore oil production will provide enough money to build 19 more, enough for all the island's electricity needs. Outside the only town of Stanley, most farms also run on wind energy, and many still heat their homes with natural peat stoves and burners. Islanders hope to use oil money to install as many as 25 windmills, more than enough for all of the island's electricity needs. (AP Photo/Michael Warren) less
