This May 19, 2014 photo provided by the University of California, Davis, shows one of two baby California brown pelican chicks found on Isla San Luis in the Sea of Cortez off the east coast of Baja California Norte in Mexico. California brown pelicans, which were driven to the brink of extinction in the last century, are in trouble again.
