Members of the opposition Nationalist Party's youth section protest against a controversial parliamentary Bill to amend the Citizenship Act outside Parliament in Valletta November 12, 2013. The Bill, which was approved in parliament late on Tuesday, provides for the sale of Maltese citizenship to foreigners against a one-off payment of 650,000 euro, according to local media.
