BRIZE NORTON, ENGLAND - SEPTEMBER 01: Dignitaries including the Prime Minister David Cameron (2ndR) watch as the Wootton Bassett Union flag is blessed, rehoisted and raised for the first time to mark the official opening the new repatriation memorial garden in Norton Way on September 1, 2011 in Brize Norton, England. The flag, which was lowered for the final time at a sunset ceremony last night to mark the end of repatriations through the Wiltshire town, was handed over by the Mayor of Wootton Bassett, to the Chairman of Brize Norton Parish Council, and the Deputy Mayor of Carterton. From today all repatriation flights will land at nearby RAF Brize Norton. (Photo by Matt Cardy/Getty Images) less
