The mother of two teenage girls killed in a horrific car accident in 2007 with an Illinois state trooper is fighting against his effort to get his drivers license back. The officer involved in the accident, Matt Mitchell, was driving more than 100 miles-per-hour while talking on his cellphone. He pleaded guilty to reckless homicide and lost his privilege to drive. less
