Mourners flocked to the Dutch Embassy in Kiev on July 17, creating a makeshift memorial for the 298 victims of a downed Malaysian airliner that crashed in the east of the country earlier in the day. Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 disappeared from radar over Ukrainian airspace, en route to Kuala Lumpur from Amsterdam.
