MyWebGrocer's CEO Rich Tarrant, center, speaks on Thursday, June 16, 2011 in Winooski, Vt. The Vermont high tech company is moving into the Champlain Mill in downtown Winooski, which city officials hope will draw more businesses to their newly redeveloped community. MyWebGrocer has purchased the former woolen mill, which was converted into a retail mall 30 years ago. The company plans to occupy the entire fifth floor by January with more than 100 employees. The company creates digital options for grocery story companies, including web sites, mobile applications and online circulars. It doubled its staff from 2009 to 2010 and plans to continue growing.(AP Photo/Toby Talbot) less
