Nataliya Magnitskaya, the mother of lawyer Sergei Magnitsky whose death in Moscow's Butyrka prison sparked an international outcry, is seen at the Tverskoy court in Moscow, Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012. The mother of a whistle-blowing Russian lawyer is calling for a new inquiry into his death. Natalya Magnitskaya, whose son Sergei Magnitsky died in jail of untreated pancreatitis in 2009, demanded prosecutors file new charges against several Russian officials while testifying against former prison doctor Dmitry Kratov Tuesday. Kratov denies charges of negligent homicide, citing a staff shortage. (AP Photo/ Alexander Zemlianichenko) less
