BEAUFORT, SC - MAY 27: Fifth graders from the Lady's Island Intermediate School walk past a wreath and plaque at the Beaufort National Cemetery marking the mass grave of 19 Union soldiers who fought during the Civil War with the 54th Massachusetts Regiment, May 27, 2011 in Beaufort, South Carolina. The soldiers were made famous by the Hollywood movie "Glory." The students helped the historic cemetery prepare for it's Memorial Day event by placing over 7,500 flags at the graves of veterans dating back to the civil war.
