The U.S. Forest Service will reinstate the use of a night-flying helicopter to assist in firefighting efforts in California. The chopper was banned in the 1970`s but many are glad to see its return. Currently, the 32,000-acre Powerhouse Fire is slowly being contained and almost all evacuated residents have been allowed to return to their homes. less
