This NOAA satellite image taken Monday, Feb. 28, 2011 at 01:00 AM EST shows clouds develop along a front that stalls over the Est Coast. This brings diminishing rain and snow showers to the Northeast, but periods of heavy rain persist over Florida. Meanwhile, high pressure quickly builds in behind it, bringing dry conditions. In the Plains, a low pressure system moves in from the Northern Rockies, triggering widespread light snow showers. less
