This NOAA satellite image taken Sunday, March 30, 2014 at 1:45 a.m. EDT shows a east coast storm riding up the coastline. This is producing heavy rains and backlash snows.The storm cold front extends down to southern Florida where there is showers and thunderstorms.The storm is slowing down and expected to stall, giving the Northeast damp weather for a few days.
