A noose hangs in front of the Orange County Labor Federation's front door Friday, Sept. 2, 2011, in Orange, Calif. The Orange County Register reported that a staff member discovered the noose hanging from the roof in front of the entrance of the one-story building at 309. N. Rampart St., near Angel Stadium. On Thursday night, members of the Teamsters Union used the office to negotiate a contract with Republic Services, a trash hauling company, said executive director Tefere Gebre. He added that the incident must have happened between the time members left and the time staff members arrived. (AP Photo/Orange County Register, Joshua Sudock) MAGS OUT; LOS ANGELES TIMES OUT less
