Nyan Win, spokesman of National League for Democracy party, second right, talks to journalists during a press conference at the party's headquarters on Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, in Yangon, Myanmar. The party of Myanmar pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi charged Monday, that restrictions on its campaigning risk making upcoming by-elections unfair.
