This Oct. 3, 2011, photo shows Mike Katsanevas, whose family owns Crown Burgers in Salt Lake City, one block away from EnergySolutions Arena, home of the Utah Jazz NBA basketball team. The league's cancellation of the preseason and the likelihood that regular-season games will soon be wiped out, is causing collateral economic damage in cities around the league.
