The head of Oklahoma's prison agency is recommending an indefinite delay in executions while the state's lethal injection protocol is under review following a botched procedure. Governor Mary Fallin had ordered a two-week delay, but Department of Corrections Director Robert Patton said Thursday that it could take longer to refine the new protocols. less
