BEIJING - MARCH 05: Yongxin Shi of the Shaolin Temple presided arrive at the Great Hall of the People before the opening session of the National People's Congress (NPC) on March 5, 2011 in Beijing, China. The 10-day annual session will be attended by around 3,000 delegates and is to approve the Chinese government's economic and social plan for the next five years 2011-2015.
