Technical trouble has once again halted trading at several U.S. stock-options exchanges, exchange officials said in trader alerts. Exchanges operated by Nasdaq OMX Group, BATS Global Markets and Miami International Holdings told traders in electronic notices that their markets were stopped due to trouble with the Options Price Reporting Authority, a provider of data on trading and quotes. less
