An Oracle Racing AC45 skippered by Russell Coutts sails on San Francisco Bay with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background in San Francisco, Monday June 13, 2011. The AC45 is the forerunner to the AC72 which teams will race in the Louis Vuitton Cup and America's Cup finals in San Francisco. The America's Cup is expected to inject more than $1.4 billion into the region's economy when the world's fastest yachts take to the San Francisco Bay in 2013. But the 500,000 spectators expected to descend on the bay will tax transportation network and the environment while the city's waterfront undergoes a dramatic facelift. A draft plan was released Monday describing for the first time the myriad challenges the city faces in preparing for the race including the displacing of popular businesses such as the Teatro ZinZanni dinner theater.
