Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, right, is accompanied by Arab foreign ministers and Egyptian foreign minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit, during the Arab Foreign Ministers Peace Initiative meeting, in Sirte, Libya, Friday, Oct. 8, 2010.
