People in boats and on foot move through the floodwater in Shkodra 75 miles northwest of the Albanian capital, Tirana,Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010 . Thousands of people and livestock are being evacuated from increased flooding in northwestern Albania. Authorities say water levels of the Drini River cascade are reaching maximal points following days of torrential rain obliging them to pour out much of that, thus flooding more than 10,000 hectares of land. less
