People stand on the banks of the river Yamuna as the water level rises above danger level, in New Delhi, India, Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010. According to local news reports, a key bridge over the river Yamuna was shut Tuesday as water level rose 1.33 metres above the danger mark. Heavy monsoon rains and landslides swept the hilly areas of northern India over the weekend, killing at least 47 people, officials said Monday. less
