People stand next ot line of cars waiting to get to the pump at a petrol station in Tripoli, Libya, on Saturday, May 28, 2011. Sharp shortages have caused miles-long fuel lines throughout Libyan areas ruled by the government of Moammar Gadhafi. Some women at this fuel station said they waited days to get to the pump. Officials assigned the Gurji fuel station for women only, so that they don't to mingle with men for hours in other lines. Still neighborhood volunteers and security officials help out by pushing cars forward so drivers don't waste precious gas moving in lines. less
