Peru's former President Alberto Fujimori appeals to serve the remains of his sentence under house arrest, at the Supreme Court of Justice in Lima October 25, 2013. Fujimori was sentenced in April 2009 to 25 years in prison for ordering death squads to carry out two massacres when his government was hunting down presumed leftist insurgents.
