In this photo of Friday, Aug. 16, 2013, Michael Mubangizi, left, his wife Jennifer, centre, with their baby at their home in Kyebando a suburb of Uganda's capital Kampala. When their twin children were presented to them at Mulago Hospital, one baby was healthy and the other cold and lifeless, a sight made them believe one of their twin babies had been swapped. They rejected the dead one, and months later the results of a DNA test proved they were right. A Ugandan court is set to hear his case against the top public hospital whose staff face persistent complaints of negligence _and even cruelty _ in the treatment of mothers who give birth there.
