FILE - In this Friday, Oct. 1, 2004 file photo, Egyptian former Minister of Finance Yousef Boutros Ghali attends a meeting at the World Bank headquarters in Washington. An Egyptian court has sentenced, in absentia, former finance minister Yousef Boutros-Ghali to 25 years in prison on charges of squandering public funds. Egypt’s state news agency reported Tuesday, April 23, 2013, that Ghali, a nephew of former U.N.
