FILE - This is a Wednesday, June 15, 2016 file photo of the "Wisdom of the Earth" sculpture by Constantin Brancusi, as it is displayed at the National Bank of Romania in Bucharest, Romania. Romania's culture minister Corina Suteu said Friday Sept. 30, 2016 that the public as donated 1.163 million euros ($1.30 million) to buy the nationally treasured work by sculptor Constantin Brancusi, much less than needed. Corina Suteu thanked the 100,000 donators Friday, adding the government had one month left to buy the sculpture and she will shortly present plans to raise the deficit. Dating to 1907 or 1908, "Wisdom of the Earth" is one of just a few Brancusi works remaining in his homeland. (AP Photo/Vadim Ghirda) less
