FILE - In this Sept. 21, 2014 file photo, South Korea's Park Tae-hwan adjusts his goggles after competing a men's 200-meter freestyle swimming heat at the 17th Asian Games in Incheon, Former Olympic swimming champion Park Tae-hwan of South Korea has been banned 18 months for doping. Swimming governing body FINA says Park tested positive for testosterone in an out-of-competition drug test in September.
