In this Saturday Sept. 10, 2011 photo released by the New Mexico Tourism Department, residents help build what state officials are calling the "world's largest Navajo taco," in Gallup, N.M. Organizers say no world record exists for the largest Navajo taco so they built one using 150 pieces of fry bread and 30 pounds of green chile. According to volunteers and state officials, the Navajo taco created Saturday was more than 10 feet in diameter and also needed 65 pounds of ground beef, 65 pounds of beans, 50 pounds of lettuce and 90 pounds of cheese.
