This NOAA satellite image taken Monday, Aug. 29, 2016, at 12:45 a.m. EDT shows two tropical depressions that have formed. Tropical Depression Nine is just south of Florida. The storm should move into the Gulf and could strengthen into a name storm. This is creating showers and thunderstorms throughout the Western Caribbean area. Two the North just east of the Carolina\'s is Tropical Depression Eight. The storm is moving slowly westward and could effect the east coast with downpours and gusty winds. Over the open waters of the Central Atlantic is Hurricane Gaston. He became the first major hurricane of the season with winds as high as 120 MPH. The storm should stay over the sea.
