This undated photograph provided by the King County Sheriff’s Office in Seattle show Earl Cossey, 71, of Woodinville. The King County Medical Examiner’s Office on Tuesday identified Cossey as the victim of a homicide at his home. Cossey played a bit role in one of the Northwest’s most enduring legacies: He packed the parachutes that were given to infamous skyjacker D.B. Cooper in 1971. Investigators say they have no information to suggest Cossey’s homicide was related to the Cooper case. (AP Photo/King County Sheriff’s Office) less
