In this photo released by the African Union-United Nations Information Support Team Thursday Aug.18, 2011, Burundian soldiers serving with the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) are seen against the skyline in a new position their battalion has established following the sudden departure from the Somali capital Mogadishu of the insurgent extremist group Al Shabab two weeks ago. Although still in control of large swathes of central and southern Somalia, Al Shabab's overnight withdrawal was in part due to string of military offensives this year by AMISOM and the forces of the UN-backed Transitional Federal Government (TFG) which has seen them take strategic and tactical positions and areas of the capital that is now almost all under TFG and AMISOM control(AP Photo/ AU-UN IST/ STUART PRICE.) less
