In this photo taken on Dec. 9, 2011, South Korean activists shout slogans during a rally denouncing North Korea's alleged genocide and crimes against humanity in Seoul, South Korea. After the war, more than 500 South Koreans were abducted by North Korean agents and have not returned, according to Seoul's Unification Ministry. About 90 percent of them were fishermen.
