In this photo taken on a government organized tour damaged Libyan army vehicle sits next to a gas production plant outside the town of Janzour, near Tripoli, Libya, on Monday, June 13, 2011. The facility near the town of Janzour was struck by a NATO bomb on Saturday evening, according to plant's director. The plant was located next to what appeared to be a military facility that had itself been previously bombed. Outside a gate to the complex, about 30 yards from the gas plant blast site, sat several damaged tanks and other military vehicles. (AP Photo/Ivan Sekretarev) less
