In this photo taken Saturday Aug. 11, 2012 and released by the U.S. Coast Guard, members of the Coast Guard and China Fishery Law Enforcement Command review the records on board the suspected high seas drift net fishing vessel Da Cheng in the North Pacific Ocean. The U.S. Coast Guard has transferred to China a vessel suspected of illegal high seas driftnet fishing that was pursued by a cutter assigned to Alaska. Coast Guard officials say the 177-foot Da Cheng seized 850 miles east of Tokyo last week was turned over Tuesday to the China Fishery Law Enforcement Command. The Hawaii-based Coast Guard cutter Rush escorted the stateless vessel. (AP Photo/U.S. Coast Guard) less
