Photos: Saudi prince who bought Joan Rivers' penthouse is 'ripping it to shreds'

Apparently Mideast royalty isn't necessarily a fan of French royalty. Saudi Prince Muhammad bin Fahd is reportedly gut-renovating Joan Rivers' palatial Manhattan apartment, which she once described as "Louis XIV meets Fred and Ginger."
