In this picture taken on Thursday May 23, 2013, a poster of a Hezbollah suicide attacker, left, with Iranian flag and Arabic words written on it that read "the suicide attacker Abdullah Mahmoud Atwi," are on display in front of a wall that was built by Israel at Fatima Gate, where the man performed his suicide operation against Israeli troops when they occupied south Lebanon, as a Lebanese army soldier, right, stands guard, in the southern village of Kafr Kila, Lebanon. A year ago, Israel built a wall along the town's stretch of the border, blocking the view of its territory and ruining the main show in town and destroying the business of the Fatima Gate Restaurant and Gift Shops. In the eerily quiet south, the battle in Qusair seems far away as most residents of towns and villages nervously watch Israeli army patrols drive along the border, their bases tucked away just behind a metal fence.
