ISRAEL EGYPT BORDER - NOVEMBER 28: Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak use binoculars as they visit the construction site of a new wall, some 60 kilometres north of Eliat, on November 28, 2010 on the Israel/Egypt border. In addition to the barrier a new detention centre is also being built to stem the "flood of migrants". Furthermore Netanyahu, prior to today's cabinet meeting earlier today, said "We do not intend to arrest refugees from war. We allow them to enter and will continue to do so. But we must stop the mass entry of illegal infiltrators who are looking for work due to the very harsh repercussions that this wave will have on the character and future of the State of Israel.," (Photo by Marc Israel Sellem - Pool/Getty Images) less
