Police forensic officer's continue to work at the scene of a car bomb explosion outside the Ulster Bank Wednesday Oct. 6, 2010 in Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The explosion badly damaged a branch of the Ulster Bank and a nearby hotel and restaurant complex. The attack early Tuesday in Londonderry has been blamed on dissident republicans opposed to the Irish peace process. less
