Police grapple with a demonstrator in central Madrid on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011. Police have prevented hundreds of anti-austerity protesters from entering the central plaza where they have held numerous demonstrations since May, railing against the political status quo. Two years of recession following a property boom that went bust have left Spain with 21 percent unemployment - the highest in the 17-nation eurozone.
