A Police Service of Northern Ireland officer secures the area a round a suspect bomb in West Belfast, Northern Ireland, Monday, Nov. 1, 2010. A number of people have had to leave their homes in West Belfast late Monday after a explosion in west Belfast. The blast happened in St James Park off the Donegall Road around 2000 BST. Local people said a device was attached to a gate-post and damaged a van. When police arrived they discovered a suspicious object in nearby La Salle Park. British Army technical officers have been called. less
