Police officer Constable Peter Karanja, middle, being led to the Embu Law courts, Kenya, by Kenyan Criminal Investigation Department officers Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, to answer charges against the shooting of ten people in Siakago, Embu, Kenya on Saturday night. The police officer who said he was looking for a woman who infected him with HIV rampaged through three bars in a central Kenyan town and killed 10 people, including two fellow officers, officials said. The shooting spree happened late Saturday in Siakago, 90 miles (150 kilometers) northeast of the capital, Nairobi. less
