SHOTOL, AFGHANISTAN - SEPTEMBER 17: Election workers carry voting material to the remote mountainous villages September 17, 2010 in Shotol, in the Panjshir, Afghanistan. With only five donkeys available the workers also were paid to walk three hours to get the election material to village of Raydara. More than 2,500 candidates will contest for 249 seats in the lower house of the Afghan parliament in the country's second election scheduled in two days. The Taliban have warned voters to boycott the polls threatening violence to disturb the election process.
