Pro-Russia activists continued to occupy Donetsk’s Regional Administrative Building on April 8 after declaring a “People’s Republic” in the eastern city. Pro-Russian demonstrators also occupied administration buildings in the eastern cities of Luhansk and Kharkiv. This footage shows scenes from Donetsk, were barricades were erected by activists. Pro-Russia supporters can be seen handing money over the barricade to support the activists.
