FILE - This Jan. 24, 1937 file photo shows boxer Joe Louis, nicknamed the Brown Bomber, posing in Pompton Lakes, N.J. Louis captures the world heavyweight title in June 1937 and held it until May 1949. The producing team behind Broadway shows about Vince Lombardi, the Yankees, and Earvin "Magic" Johnson and Larry Bird have just gotten the rights to tell the story of boxing great Joe Louis. Fran Kirmser and her producing partner Tony Ponturo said Wednesday, June 25, 2014, that they have acquired the exclusive global, theatrical and movie rights to Louis’ life story. If they turn it into a stage story, Ponturo and Kirmser will have their fourth sports-related play since 2010. (AP Photo/File)
