Washington state is the second state to legalize marijuana for recreational use and it may want to take notes. Colorado is of course, the first state in the U.S. to do so and research from Brookings Institution says 'Colorado's rollout of legal marijuana is succeeding.' TheStreet's Susannah Lee spoke with the author of the report, John Hudak on why despite some obstacles, he thinks Colorado has done well in implementing legal marijuana. He also shared his thoughts on how big banks like JPMorgan (JPM) and Bank of America (BAC) are shying away from the business. Hudak does see some challenges ahead saying 'despite real success, challenges involving edibles, homegrown marijuana, tax incentives, and marijuana tourism remain, and the state must address them in a more effective way.' less
